for once in my life did i start to feel stress.. nv before in my 3 yrs of pre-school, 6 yrs of pri sch, 4 yrs of secondary, a yr of repeat of my O'Levels for my Science subject, 3 yrs of poly and 6 months of work..

except today..

i start to feel the stress n tension piling up in me..

my workplace is gonna have lotsa major changes..

my boss starts to hint that my sales figure has been stagnant ever since i came back fr KL...

he announces openly tat june is a very impt mth.. its either u perform or u dun.. its either u stay or u go.. its jus either this or that but ultimately, wad he wans fr me is to perform in jun in order for me to move over..

if nt, i'll have to stay put n suffer with the new management..

aww.. tats certainly not wad i wan..

of cos i wana move on.. its a gd chance for me.. double promotion in a yr can be optimistic..

but tat is i have to stop being lazy, be more hardworking, get rid of the 'im-going-on-a-holiday-mood', make more calls, secure more appts, have higher sales figures..

if not,

i'll have to remain in this branch n suffer with the new management..

which means tat there won't be anymore privileges..

no more freebies..

no more vouchers...

no more incentive treats..

no more of everyting..

OH MY GOD!!!! will someone save me???

I'm feeling happy rite now bcos

my boss just gave me my Shenton Insurance card (which means i can ditch the temporary piece of paper n continue to see doctor for F R E E)
my first credit card finally got approved!! (tats after 3 tries!!)
my first supp black card got approved too!!
im finally gg to hong kong again after gg there in 1997 (n i can stuff myself with all my fave dim sum)

last but not least,

im in a super duper holiday mood!!

Right now,

i've no mood to make calls, do sales at all

cos,

i jus wish tat im on my way to hk now, now, now!!!

wahahahahhahahahaha..

i jus so love travelling.. if i strike TOTO one day, i'll jus go backpack round the world n not stay in singapore..

KL trip - Part 2

well, i wasn't in a gd mood tis m0rning due to some reasons but im glad i feel better nw.

therefore, i shall continue to talk abt my KL journey...

DAY 2

9.30am - alarm ring but i decided to slp in upon seeing the both of them not responding even the least bit to the loud ringing.

10am - woke up to wash up if not will not be in time to make it for the hotel breakfast by 10.30am.

10.05am - kelly woke up to wash up

10.10am - both of us head down to the lobby for the buffet breakfast

11.30am - head back to the room after a hearty breakfast complete with some girl's talk

12.30pm - all of us wash up to start the day

at the hotel lobby chilling out awhile before shopping starts!!

1pm - rch KLCC. its a MUST-GO place in KL.. jus like how orchard is a MUST-GO in SG

(Over here, we had lunch at their food court n the food is definitely much betta than the one we had in Berjaya Times Square)

there were plenty of shops here which can be quite similiar to the ones in SG.. sports brands such as Adidas, Nike, Converse as well as G2000, Coach, Burberrys.. Not forgetting the brands which lost in SG -> rber Versus? yeah~

We spotted this shoe shop call NOSE n we spent near to an hour there mainly

1) the shoes are nice

2) the shoes are cheap

3) there are alot of ppl in the shop

so, i settled on 3 pairs of heels while kelly got 1 pair of heels and TJ gt a sian 1/2 face. *-* '"

after KLCC, we took a cab to Mid Valley and its the first time after we land our feet on KL whereby it was a chinese cab driver and on the meter AUTOMATICALLY even thou we asked for the price b4 we got on the cab.

n it was a long ride tat cost us RM 12 plus cos previously the drivers would charge us RM 10 for a short journey n we realise how far n long a RM 10 can take us to!!

(Moral of the story : : we got cheated of RM 10 a few times.. haizzz )

talkin abt Mid valley, that place is DAMN FREAKING BIG sia.. got North Court, South Court n Centre Court and each court is not small lor... we walk n walk, shop n shop..

i bought a pair of Levis here for only RM 203 n its the new Levis Girls cut n i love it!! been wanting to get another new pair of Levis for some time liao..

bought 2 new tops as well (1 for Zouk later in nite) n had dinner b4 heading bac to Petaling St to get the Adidas Tee..

TJ n i gt 1 each n we decided to get the white with red words cos thats the only one that is nice thou kelly was teasing us saying we get couple's tee.. *PENGZ*

10pm - head bac to hotel room to get prepared for Sat nite.

12.30am - Zouk!!! Party time!!!

a few points abt Zouk : :
~> Zouk KL has got only Zouk & Velvet and their Velvet plays rNb. basically, the decor n all is exactly the same as Zouk SG)
~> their platforms allows only girls n we were shocked by this. thus, TJ can only dance on the platform while we, on the platform
~> Zouk KL sells hotdogs outside the door as well!! same as SG!! yeah~ however, they sell road side steamboat as well.. with the food all nicely in sticks.. i have a pic of tis.. but hold on, its in kelly's cammie..
~> they open doors only till 3am.. omg~~ we're better cos we until 4am!! heezz

well, i have more pics which they have nt sent to me yet so im making do with wateva i have now..

for now, im gonna continue to pack my luggage for HK.. tis time round, i've gt more stuff to bring n more things to plan cos HK is definitely bigger n more happening than KL..

KL trip is being fulfilled

yes, im bac in sg nw. i was in KL for the past wkend n shall tell u briefly of wad i did..

a terrible thing happened to me..

tat is,

i was happily charging my cam battery the day b4 i leave for KL cos i wana take many many pics at KL..

but, i realised sth only after i board on the bus in the morning @ 7am..

i was already quite fed up when i couldn't find my extra battery as somehow, my cam box seems to vanish into thin air in a corner of my home. i tot tis is still alrite as if my batt went flat, i shall use gal's cam to take photos..

but, y m i so blur tat i did not check if i have the memory card in my cam!!!?!??!?!?! tis is jus so OMG! i cant believe tis happening to me...

anyway, its alrite.. cos i used their cam to take photos thou i believe i would have taken much more using my camera.. heeezZ

(i mus bloody die die make sure i bring along both my memory cards and batteries together with my camera for HK next wk.. if nt, some1 pls kill me..!!)

~> reach Golden Mile @ 6.30am n boarded the 7am coach to KL
~> check into hotel at abt 1pm
~> proceed to Berjaya Times Square for lunch @ their food court (which TOTALLY SUCKS) and shop awhile
~> went over to BB Plaza follow by Sungei Wang Plaza for some shopping (which TOTALLY WASTE TIME)

if any1 is gg KL in future, forget abt gg BB Plaza and Sungei Wang Plaza cos its a total waste time place. Unless u gg there for 5d4n den go ahead to this 2 places to WASTE TIME.. we gt so bored of this 2 places tat we decided to go bac hotel n take a rest n catch on some slp as all of us did not have enuff slp the previous nite..

however, on walkin bac to our hotel, we pass by a foot reflexology shop n gt poached by this auntie to go in for a foot reflexology.. TAT IS WAD WE TRULY NEEDS!!! so, we spent another 2 hrs there..

the auntie who massage for me is damn GOOD sia.. the best tat i've ever met.. she uses strength n its reali comfortable n she can even tell me which part of my body is no gd n wad i shld take note of, etc..

seeing the skill in her n her being a gd salesperson in CROSS-SELLING her services, she kept us for another hr to do a back massage n cuppings as well thou gal did nt do it cos she scared.. lol..

i tell u, the back massage is HEAVENLY.. damn SHIOK lor.. the cuppings are gd too thou i kinda sad tat she did not gave me as much as the uncle gave TJ.. haiz.. as i believe more is better.. nvm.. will do it again in sg..

the best ting of all is THE PRICE!!!! only RM75 for a 45min foot reflexology + 45min back massage + cuppings!!!

aft the session, we were all fully revitalised but still proceed bac to the hotel to rest awhile before heading to the famous PETALING STREET!! yeah~~ its a MUST-GO place..

they sell lotsa fake watches, shoes, bags, wallets, belts, clothes, pens, lighters, etc.. u name it, they have it!!

when u're here, dun forget to bargain cos they'll gif a initial price too high n when u start to walk away, they will lower n lower until unbelievable prices.. ITS TRUE!!! n bargain only when u reali wan if nt, most likely u'll get scolded by those ppl..

taking cabs mus be extra careful as most of these cabbies will 'tok' a of a high price when u tell them ur destination.. but its very unlikely tat they'll go by wad u say to on their meter, so, jus agree on a price with him n he'll take u there..

to end off the nite, we went to THAI CLUB to club thou our intital plan was to go to zouk but gal couldn enter cos she no form of identification so bouncer dun let her in.. sIghzz..

there were oso lotsa liquor gals outside the club poaching business OPENLY.. they'll show ppl diff photos of the liquors they are selling.. n tis place is simliar to our own Devils Bar.. which we all agree...

we opened a btl of Jack Daniels n finsh half the btl den proceed bac to the hotel lobby whereby we chill out n have some drinks n went bac feelin semi tipsy..

im finally taking a break n gg for my long awaited holiday onli to feel my body temperature gg higher than usual!! sobzz

last nite i went out with my dear evelyn n gang n i already felt uncomfortable. or rather, i could feel the symptons of a fever coming up.. despite me takin panadol to sleep, i still fell weak b4 the King of Fever. haiz.. poor me.. so weak~ :(

today was the second day of roadshow at JTC submit. rather than having ppl to sign up for credit cards, take up an insurance policy or investing at tis pt of time when mkt has jus crashed, it seems more like an inter-bank credit card sign up.

the sun is all up today n every1 of the JTC staff went out for lunch.. so left all the bank staff ard... n since its a mega rdshow, thus every bank r giving out freebies for every signup of cards..

so, i've applied for citibank, hsbc, dbs cards.. n i was given a small btl of wine fr hsbc (which i gave to my boss cos nt much use for myself), umbrella fr citibank (which i took 1 extra for my boss too), a teddy bear and organiser fr dbs for signing up their capital land (yes, the bo liao card but i like the bear.. ;p) as well as their black card n their cashline in which i'll be given a new swatch watch upon approval.. lol

it was onli aft the rdshow den i went to c doc.. yes, i went bac to c the doc near my office.. took my medicine liao..

Another training...

every month we mus have at least 1 training.. haizz.. i dun reali like training thou it can be gd as well as its a time for me to catch up with the rest of my batchmates n find out how they are doin, etc..

it was another new fund training today n we proceed on to wine bar after tat.. its the usual people aft all.. training was half a yr ago but i miss those days.. stress-free.. shiok.. everyday jus go class den go home early.. DAMN SHIOK..

after awhile, i realise tat its the usual gang of us who will go drinking together while some of the rest jus seems to MIA.. oso dunno where they r or wad happen to them etc.. but im glad at least the few of us r still gg strong..

i had a long day today... cos i start my day early n i went for an appt to simei n it took me 3 hrs to n fro!! its a freaking long journey n half the day gone.. haiz.. therefore, im still pondering if its advisable for me to get a car.. will it reali improve my sales or even double it?? if it is, i certainly wouldn mind gettin it at all althou i'll definitely hafta get a loan fr my parents for the downpayment first.. if nt, i hope i'll strike 4D.. lol.. shld reali start buyin liao.. haha

anyway, i've decided on the red or light blue toyota yaris.. i jus like hatchback cars.. cos im a gal!!! ahahah~~

yes, no more coupe for me cos i've decided that i shall stick on to my decision of gettin a hatchback car which will be toyota yaris.. n either a red or white car..

reason y i decided to give up on hyundai cos my god mother was telling me tis aftnoon tat hyundai cars are not gd n can onli last for 2-3 yrs den they start giving problems liao.. n their spare sparts is oso very expensive n fuel consumption is like crazy..

thus, i need to start gg to look at cars now.. who is keen to bring me along to c cars??? hee.. i wana c toyota, honda n prob nissan.. tats my order of choice of cars.. this few days if possbile.. cos tis wkend n next wkend i'll be out of town.. yeah~

so who is selling cars? can always let me knw.. i gt business for u!!! hahaha~~ but mus gif me gd price n freebies!! yeah~~ :)

its been quite some time since i talked abt my trip.. like more than a wk le!! n hk kinda got overflown by kl cos this few days KL is on my mind.. omg~~ im so excited tat im gg kl with my dear frens n its so sad tat eve dear cant join us.. haizz.. nvm, we'll plan another 1 together with u soon!!

anyway, i mus start to read up on KL liao.. as in where to shop, eat n party!! cos i've been reading up on hong kong n jus hong kong until nw i oso dun wana read liao.. cos i already knw liao.. lol..~~

im gg on a early coach at 7am tis fri.. yeah~~ a freakin 7am coach to KL.. tats bcos TJ is like me.. wana take the earliest timing there so tat we can have more time to have fun rather than having half a day gone.. (FYI, my flight to HK is even freakin earlier @ 6.40am!!! which means i have to reach the airport at 5am cos i still need to have my breakfast, supper, wateva before boarding the plane)

so our itenary is easy, in order to prevent ourselves from not being able to wake up in time or not able to fall aslp on the coach, we have decided to go devils bar on thurs, chiong till the end, go hm bathe n off we go for breakfast, supper or wateva n we shall sleep all the way to KL!!!! wohhohohoho!!~~ ideal hor?? lol.. idea courtesy of TJ!! lol~~

i was having rdshow on sun and so happens that hyundai is having a rdshow there as well.. therefore, my boss brought me and another gal to c cars.. both of us like the coupe.. its damn nice sia.. 2 doors with sunroof.. selling at $67k.. feel damn tempted to buy..

althou im nt a fan of hyundai cars but its the onli brand that can get a full loan. i wanted to get toyota yaris or honda jazz but the salesperson told me tat a downpayment of at least 20% is required.. haizz.. so disappointing..

if i were to get the coupe, it'll work out to $757 monthly instalment, $750 half annual road tax.. so i figure out that it'll eat me off approx ard $1200 a month..

thou some of my frens suggested i get the Getz but i dun like it althou its a hatchback as well...

btw, insurance for myself for this coupe is gonna be bloody ex cos of my young age plus its a 2 door car. therefore, if reali get, i'll need to get it under my god mother liao...

the salesperson is gonna give me full leather seat cos the original is onli half leather with fabric in the centre.. as well as the reverse sensor cos its not included (funny rite?).. v-cool for the windows and back of the car.. tats all.. but my boss tells him that he must give me the 7-disc changer.. haha.. mus squeeze dry him to give me more freebies!! wahahaa.. lol

im still in a dilemia now cos i like the red coupe.. looks damn fierce sia.. lol.. my boss keep psychoing both of us to buy even thou the other gal is still in the midst of her TP tests as she failed twice.. but my boss jus wans us to get the car so that we will work even harder n run more sales for him!! haha~

The best photoshoot

Today i had the best photoshoot in my life.. i came home to change in the afternoon before heading down to SPH for the photoshoot. i tink im reali tired cos i slept on the cab on my way there as soon as i got on to it.

the 2 makeup artists are very young!! it was a guy n gal.. the guy doesnt looks like a makeup artist at all cos he's very skinny n looks very young.. can easily pass off as a JC student.. but their skills are gd.. the fake eyelash he put on for me is fantastic cos he got it right at the first time and it jus sticks on naturally unlike all the others tat i put on tat makes me tear n feel totally uncomfortable..

today's make up is very natural, nt thick at all n i like it very much. for the past few shoots i had before, he always comment tat the makeup looks terrible on me cos its so damn bloody thick which makes me look totally weird.. which i agree cos the foundation is so thick tat i can feel my skin cracking..

but today's one is gd.. n the green eye shadow is nice on me!! heezz .. ;)

the process of the shoot was very fun n i enjoyed it very fun.. initially all of us do not knw each other as yet so everything was very stiff but we soon loosen up n broke the ice n the rest of the day passes by quickly..

i changed into 3 sets of bikinis in total and jacque the photographer shot me from all angles.. it was a lie down pose n he was tryin to get me to lean backwards but i jus couldnt do it.. when he's assistant, denise, did a live demo for me, i jus couldnt do it!!! denise practises yoga so she's more flexible.. n when they keep askin me to push bac somemore, i tried my best but they still say 'somemore, somemore' till the extend i tell them 'cannot lah!! maximum already lah!!'

then, they realise how inflexible i m.. lol *-*'"

following on, i asked for a glass of water cos i feel so dehydrated after not drinkin water for so many hours n jacque was so amazed by me when i finished up the whole glass n he even ask me 'u very thirsty ar?' i was like, 'ya!! how u knw??' (lol) his reaction, of cos was, ' *-*'" ' ahahahahah~~

sometimes i lean on one angle until too tired liao n whenever the chance allows me, i'll jus relax n lie down awhile until they oso bui ta han me.. hahaha

as he shoot more photos of me, he commented tat i look very young on the photos so he asked me if im still studyin or have i started workin.. n he was shocked to knw im workin.. the guy makeup artist even more shocked than him cos when he saw the occupation i wrote, he 'wah.. banker ar??' *-*'"

there was this 10 qns tat i had to do n i can say, i dunno how the ans to most of them.. but i knew 1 person who will know the answers n tat is keith so immediately sms him for help n he gave me all the answers straight away!! cool eh!! thanks keith!!

Jetsaver vs JetFlex

i jus login to Jetstarasia.com cos i wanted to check out wads the price n timing of the flight if i were to extend another nite in hk n tis wad i found out.

nt onli has they changed the outlook of their website, they have oso add this new tingy cal the Jetflex. N to my dismay, its slightly cheaper if i book the Jetflex nw than when i book last wk!! @#^*&#@&^#

if i were to book nw for 5d4n, it'll cost me $333 but if i were to make changes to my flight now, it'll cost me $20 per person which means my tix cost $362!! argh~~ stupid him.. onli till ytd den tell me tat we can extend another nite.. if nt, it wld have jus cost jus $342 for 5d4n or jus $333 if we were to book now.. haiz.. i oso dunno how.. gg broke liao lah..

been tryin to save money recently cos im gg kl & hk and i need CASH but haiz.. rite nw, i need ringit and hkd.. argh..

ytd go day bed bar with him n the place is damn NICE lor.. combination of balcony n bkk's bed supper club.. however, the service is damn LOUSY lor and the drinks r bloody expensive lor..!!! ^&*^&*%

the most expensive Hoegarden tat i've ever drank was at Balaclava & Alleybar which cost 19 bucks but this 'niao bu sheng dan' place cost 20 bucks sia... *pengzzz*

when we rch there, the whole place was near to EMPTY with onli another 2 tables other than us n both of us got seats ourselves and sat on their white bed seats for at least 20 mins!!! wth~~

hello??! 1st of all, i dun tink we r tat small size which is near to transparent/invisible/translucent rite which u cant spot us rite????

secondly, i dun tink the place is so damn packed tat u cant c us rite??

last but nt least, the service staff are not busy at all??

so, why cant any of this 2 miserable staff jus have the courtesy to come over and ask wad drinks we would like to have or at least serve us the menu first rite??? haiyo... jialat lor.. next time if the place gets crowded, i wonder if the ppl have to wait at least 45mins to get seated ?? it was a real bad experience jus after i step in shortly.. but tats nt the worse yet..

we went early after dinner at 7+ so obviously its happy hour rite?? so their happy hour is 1 for 1 for those drinks priced @ $14.. therefore, i gt myself a lychee martini while he gets a hoegarden..

aft i finish my martini, the waitress came to clear so i ask her if she can get me the other one.. her reply shock me out of my life!!!

'mdm, we served both glasses of lychee martinis into 1 glass.'

WTF!!?!?!???! #^&*^@*(&()!*&#

if tats the case, where is my the other lychee??? y do they onli give me 1 lychee n tell me they pour 2 into 1 glass after i finished my drink n ask for the other one??

but,

its the first n last time im gonna spend money there.

cost i feel they r nt worth my penny at all.

why?

1st) they din sense tat 2 human being, a gal n a guy walked into the bar so they din show us a seat.
2nd) they din sense tat 2 human being, a gal n a guy r seated right in the middle of the bar, conspicious of all to c.
3rd) she did nt allow me to sense that they will be serving 2 lychee martini together in 1 glass with jus 1 lychee.
4th) she did nt sense tat im ordering 2 hoegardens for myself n him instead of jus 1 hoegarden.

this 4 reasons are definitely enuff to prove tat the 74 bucks which we spent there is nt worth it at all.

thou the service is gd but hey, balcony has betta service lor.. if i reali wan a bed to sit/lie/stretch out my legs, i can go balcony to chill as well. its nt a must tat i mus go day bed bar n get such lousy service.

take me as fussy/demanding but i believe as a consumer, i have every rite to demand good service cos nt only do i pay for me but oso bcos im a singaporean.

yes, im tired... not fr the drinks last nite but tired from talkin the whole morning.. yeah~~

talkin non stop is tiring too u knw.. thou my job is to talk.... lol~~!!

anyway, im glad tat after talking to 3 customers, 2 close the deal with me and the other 1 needs to go bac to talk to her husband as to which will be more suitable for them.. jus hopes tat she will come bac n look for me..

as in, u knw, reali LOOK for me.. im kinda pissed recently as all the telecalls i make, they come down but i dun get to c them.. knw y?

cos

1) they forgot my name (due to old age or pronounce my name wrongly, nvm..)
2) they forgot tat I was the one who call them down so they din look for me (nvm...)

BUT,

the most furious thing is tat i have tis customer who came down to look for miss ou, loh, ho or soh or wadever, my colleague say NO SUCH PERSON!!! wth!!!!

when she casually bring it up during one of those gals-bitching sessions, (as in REALLY CASUALLY) tat she has a customer today who came to look for some1 by miss loh, ho, soh, ou or wadever by this surname, i exclaim n told her the full name cos it is MY customer n she actually say no such person????

hello... dun i exist at all??!!! or m i too transparent?? WTF!!!

the sound is there rite, at least have the courtesy to ask the rest of us esp when the uncle mention tat a gal from my branch called him!!!

on a happier note, tonite has gt a incentive branch dinner cos my branch, has once again, hit our sales target for mar.. n its the 3rd dinner tis yr liao..
afterall, we work hard for it bt jus hope tat this gal can spare a tot for me..

how will u feel if u r the one who call ppl to come down than others say no such person, dun ask u, etc..

if she dunno how to call or get ppl to come down, seek advice!! ask for help.. dun jus happily take away ppl's efforts lor...

Intoxication

i couldnt slp last nite. n i tink its bcos the tot tat im gg kl n hk makes me suffer from insomia. so many things to tink n plan abt. but i need to work today, thus, i went to take 10ml of the cough syrup to go to slp..

but, i've still not 'recovered' from the drowsy effect of the syrup.. so still feeling sorta intoxicated but in the wrong way.. lol

im excited abt tis 2 trips cos its a time for me to relax and get off from work and to reali shop, eat n party hard.

next wkend i'll be away to kl for 3d2n n hk the following wk for 4d3n.

im not in charge of planning for the kl trip cos kelly will be taking charge. i'll jus pay money n go.. lol

but the hk trip, i've been planning for quite awhile liao. n i've gotten my flight and hostel details ready as well as all the places which i wana go to n how to go.

the only thing im short of rite nw is to find out which are the happening clubs in hk.

i wan a big n happening club like zouk or mos. i went to luxy in taipei n its realli good n i reali hope to find sth like tis in hk but i do not know which are the best clubs in town. haiz.. tink its time for me to go thru my phonebook n continue surfing forums to check it out.

i am all prepared to go whack kl n hk!!! hahaha.. i wana 'mai dong zi chi dong xi'!! yeah

tis morning, i came to office and i spent an hr clearing the pig sty of mine. it isn't reali tat messy except tat i've got lotsa outdated info to be cleared.

sad to say, upon clearin, my new red nails gt chip off!!! argh!!! so damn sad.. spent time painting my nails last nite n today gt chip off fr all the clearin.. wth~~@@@!!!

sammi jus told me on msn she is gg taiwan in oct.. haiz.. i miss tat place man.. haizz... but they gg double date tour.. me no date to go with me.. so cann go leh.. sad...

however, on a happier note, i might be gg korea with my family in aug or sep but its onli a might be cos i jus brought this suggestion to my parents some time bac.. dunno still valid anot.. haha

but if i go, i surely wana buy bac all the korean seaweed bac in bulk!!! wahhahahaha cos its damn bloody nice lor... i love korean seaweed. its the best seaweed ever!! ;)

Updates about HK trip

well well, this corridor is the corridor of where im gonna stay in HK. its not a hotel but a hostel. looks nt bad rite? i was surfing the net this wkend for hk info.. n i've decided to stay in this hostel call 'Eastspider Hostel'..

Check out the rooms!!! Not too bad hor?? machiam like 3 star hotel hor??

i tink if its reali like tis, im okie with it. afterall its jus a 3 nites stay n i'll be out the whole day.

n it cost HKD 860 only!! For 2!! =)

n it comes with a personal bathroom. the price will be even lower if u opt for a shared bathroom but since he doesn like it and wans more personal space, i opt for the private one.

after converting to SGD, it cost approximately abt $176. so the total cost for us for this trip is $869!!! which means its only $430 per person!! cheap rite?? n im gonna take the earliest flight there at 6.40am so tat i have more time to visit HK!! yeah~~!!

comparing to the cheapest package i found fr SA Tours, theirs was $591 per pax on Cathay Pacific, 10.20am flight n staying in a 3 star hotel. if i were to take this flight, by the time i rch hk, i reckon its abt dinner time.. at least my current one allows me to have lunch there and save $161 which can jolly well pay for my Ocean Park tix there + a meal.

Sth to share with your oso is tat, next time when u guys go travelling, it might be a better choice to change your SGD over the banks there.

this sth which my sis told me n i check out the dbs and uob hk websites. Indeed, their exchange rate is much better than any of our money changers here.

the best rate i've asked so far is 4.89 but dbs is at 4.95 and uob is 4.96!! c the difference?? im definitely gg over there to change my HKD. every cent counts k? ;)

anyway aft i land in HK and settle down in my hostel, i shall make my way to Lantau Island cos i believe if i go in the wkend, it'll be too packed n i dun like it..

This the Giant Buddha at the Po Lin Monastery @ Lantau Island whereby i will go for a vegetarian meal there as well..

Following next, i'll proceed on to the wisdom path..

Then, i'll go to Tai O fishing village and experience a different type of lifestyle and probably buy their famous shrimp paste and salted fish!!! lol... =)

Hope i'll be able to complete this 3 places in an afternoon cos they are basically a walk through.. take photos.. tats all..

as for the nite time, im still tinkin if i shld head down to Lan Kwai Fong or the Causeway Bay @ Wan Chai cos its oso a nitelife area there..

Lan Kwai Fong is in the Central area so im tinkin i shld go there after gg to The Peak which is oso at the Central area which will be more convenient..

My iteinary planning is still in the process n im mid way through.. basically, i've noted down all the places tat i wana go to.. be it sight-seeing, shopping or eating.. i've source out a few bargain shoppin areas n im all prepared to start my shoppin spree!! yeah~~!!

i cant wait to go 'buy things, eat things'!! ahahahah..

heard of the famous dessert shop, Xu Liu Shan which is all over the streets so im definitely nt gonna give that a miss!! n if i happen to bump into QQ riceball, i'll oso grab a riceball from them too!! Not forgetting the hot lemon coke and macoroni soup which i had when i was in HK many years back n i m still tinking abt it till nw cos its reali damn nice lor...!!

reali cant wait for this day to come!! yeah~~!!

today is GE day n i finally get a off on a sat. ever since i started work at the branch, i've nv had a off day on sat cos we are required to work. haiz..

aniw, it was my mum's bday on fri so we went out for lunch today. Had tis chinese ala carte buffet lunch @ Mirama Hotel. Not fantastic thou n the crab sucks. a total failure cos the meat is in crumbles. oh my~~!!

Later on went to chinatown to walk ard as well as to check out kl prices.. b4 heading down to suntec with sis & sam. she gt her sony ericsson w800 n i tink it jus doesn suits her cos she's nt a mp3 person but, she jus like it.

hang ard for awhile b4 i decided to come home to slp.. supposed to meet the twins to club bt tj nt feelin well so kelly is off to keep him company..

therefore, my sat nite is spent @ home n it sucks cos i had a argument with xxx. a person who hurt me b4 n i will nv forget wad he has done to me.

life is full of ups n downs. will ups follow after downs? i dunno thou i do hope so.

i wish upon for a guy who loves me wholeheartedly n cares for me truthfully. i hate ppl lying to me. i wld rather be told the hurtful truth than be like a dumb to be told of a lie.

i m envious of frens ard me who found the one in their life.. and blissfully married or attached.. except me..

in the years to come, i believe i'll be the one who is still single n nt attached.

alot of frens always tink tat im a very happening gal who has lotsa frens n always out of house, nv at home.

but the truth n fact is tat, im actually a lonely person. i've been thru so much more than many others of my age. thou i jus past 21 bt the things i've seen, been thru etc, is so much more than other 21.. i learnt things the hard way.. life is nv easy n i totally agree..

i jus hope to be able to concentrate on my work nw bt its nt easy. im always reminded of the past somehow, somewhere, somewhat n i hate it.

u know wad, i jus rcv my confirmation letter from my boss today!! heezz..

my boss even more excited than me lor.. lol.. after i pass him his mail today, i was talkin to one of my colleagues than my boss shouted for me. when i 'huh' than he keep calling me to go into his room.

aft i was like, 'ya?' den he hand me a letter n i was like 'wad is it?' cos he keep smiling n smiling.

den i know the reason why cos, it's my confirmation letter!!! wooh hoo!!~~

althou confirmation means a promotion + a pay rise

BUT

it oso means that my threshold nw is higher...!!! =(

anyway, it all rounds down to the same thing. aftall, our comm is calculated by using our total sales figure multiply by a factor minus ur basic.

so, there is no difference in short. haiz..

nevertheless, i am still happy cos i will be entilted to all the benefits of a full time staff.

wad i love most is tat, i get to see doctors for FREE!!! n i've been visiting the pretty doctor near my office often whenever i feel here not well there not well.. lol...

im oso at the same level with alot of my colleagues now. i wish i could work harder but sometimes, im jus so drained out.

tats bcos i have to face nasty colleagues as well. wth~

talkin abt tis makes my blood boil.

ytd i was being accused for sth which i did not do.

as u all knw, im only doing investments n insurance. ytd aftnoon, i was all alone at the banking hall (n i wonder where did my other 7 colleagues went to) when my customer service officer brought 2 customers over cos they wanted to enquire abt their housing loan issue.

as im not trained in this area, i went to seek the advice of my new housing loan specialist (who have not finished his training) bt he oso dunno wad to do.

therefore i suggest him to call this stupid ass who is the most senior ard who knows housing loans issues.

after knowing how to solve the problem, i told the customer i will do it for them bt they wanted a contact which they can look for in future cos they say they have always been pushed ard by our bankers. therefore, i gave him the stupid ass namecard cos he is the old bird mah. best person to look for lor.

BUT,

both husband n wife recognized the name n IMMEDIATELY reject his card n exclaim tat this was the guy who did their housing loan bt he keep pushin them to other ppl for servicing. n he nv picks up their calls, neither does he return their calls.

since HE was the one who did their housing loan, therefore i told customer tat they shld go back to look for him in future for any queries or problems.

so, i stick a post-it on the pc of paper n left it on his table n told him tat his customer is here to look for him. ask him to follow up.

shortly after, he sent out a email, cc to our boss and shoot at me sayin 'b4 he metted out this email, he has jus talk to my boss abt it' (bloody hell, i was tinkin as if my boss is not his boss. SIAO.)

n he said tat he rcv a call from a customer that claims tat he is in charge of their housing loan.

n tat if we tag a customer for sales but if happens to be a housing loan issue, we shld take up the case from there. if dunno which dept to look for, can ask the seniors for help since we have 3 seniors nw.

n stil P.S Amanda pls call customer to check on her loan statement.

WTF lor!!!! he bold the 'in charge' words somemore lor.

therefore, i was feelin damn fucking pissed cos i feel so damn accused lor!!

bt still, instead of kicking up a big fuss, i called up the customer to find out what is her problem n how i can help her than she narrate the whole story to me.

she confirm tat this stupid ass with the stupid surname from my branch is indeed the one who did her housing loan cos he even went down personally with our commercial bm to c her this feb cos it was a big loan size and they wanted a piece of the slice. (tat is wad exactly the customer told me abt him)

however, aft tat, she called him up wanting to ask him some stuff but he nv picks up her calls neither did he return her calls. n it was only aft a long time than he tells them tat their account has been passed over to another housing loan specialist.

the lady was damn pissed with him n told me tat when her lawyer saw tat stupid ass, he commented y did she get such a banker who doesn even knows how to talk! lol

anyway, aft hearing the whole story, i replied bac the email of the whole situation of wat was gg on n tat customer confirm that the stupid ass was indeed the one who did her housing loan, etc..

n i even mentioned that 'such an issue would not have happened at all if each of us service our customers well' n 'customer came down today because she jus wants to get a simple ting done cos this stupid ass is not doin his job at all'

guess wad was his reply.

he said,

'ya. such an issue would nt have happen if customer has gt money to invest'

n guess my reply..

on a happier note, a customer whom i gotta knw early this yr who always come to the bank to put FD. i talked to him several times abt investments n certain funds as well but he nv invest with me cos tat time, he was able to get a higher discount from another bank which is sth i cann give.

however, few months later which is ytd, he invested an amt with me!!! heezz.. i gave him a bit of discount only cos wana give more oso cann as rules are strict nw. initially he ask me wad is the sales charge if he buys it online n i told him 2.5%, he was like commenting tat its more worth it to buy online.

therefore, i told him tat it is indeed more worth it to buy online and if he reali wana get it online, i will tear up the documents which i was doin for him halfway liao.

nevertheless, he still say, 4.5% is alright. carry on with the paperwork.

A step closer

i went to chinatown to source for best price tix to hk aft work today.. n sad to say, all were quite ex.. finally found 1 tat is within my budget @ $591 for 3* hotel..

however, i dun like the timing of the flight cos its at 10.15am n by the time i rch hk, its 2pm.. to settle down everyting etc, its gonna be evening.. so i decided tat i shall onli go for tat if i die die oso cann find a better deal..

so aft i came home, i started searchin online abt the hotels given to us to choose by the agency n aft reading the comments of ppl who haf stayed in these hotels b4 fr flowerpod, i feel tat i might wana gif it a miss n seek a 2nd option...

therefore, i went to jetstarasia.com to check out the flight timings n price.

n i tell u,

anyway, the air tix is finally settled.. next is gonna be the bookin of my hostel.. aftall, we have a bathroom to ourselves too n since hk 3* hotels ain't very much bigger, might as well stay in hostel rite? besides, im not gonna stay in there the whole day!!! cos i will be out to mai dong xi, chi dong xi!!! wahahahahahha ;)

aft everything's been booked, i shall take a rest for some time till the date is nearing den i shall start to plan out my full detailed itenary... i already knw of what r the things i wana do n the places i wana visit.. so i guess it shldn be too hard.. jus gotta check out which bus number to take to where, etc..

cos i wana take all the diff transports in hk!! yeah~~!! =)

Shop n Eat!!

yeah.. im finally gg on a trip.. aft like talkin abt it for sooo damn long!! told my boss in feb tat mar i wana take leave.. but i din.. n told him i wana take leave in apr but i din.. n in a blink of eyes, im in this branch for 4 mths liao n finally im taking a 5 days leave incl sat n sun..

tats cos im gg for a 4d3n trip to hk end of tis mth.. wooh~~ finally.. a time for me to stop making telecalls, checkin emails, talkin abt products, etcc etcc... im jus so excited n cant wait to go shop n eat!!! wahahahahahah~~~!!!

i so wana conquer hk!!! *hiak hiak*

i've been readin up so much abt hk tis few days n there are soooo many places tat i wana go to!! Places such as Lantau Island for the Po Lin Monastery than to the Wisdom Path followin on to Tai O fishing village, taking the peak tram up to Victoria Peak for the view of hk n having a nice dinner at the peak, gg to Ocean Park for the many rides n lookin at the marine fishes, bargain hunting for new clothes, bags, accessories, etc at the Temple St, Ladies St, Fa Yuen St, Mong Kok Zong Sum @ TST/ Mongkok, Jardine's Bazaar @ Causeway Bay, Cheung Sha Wan Rd n Apliu St @ Sham Shui Po..

Not forgetting to experience their nightlife at Causeway Bay n Lan Kwai Fong + SoHo.. wooh hoo!!!

Also, i wana gobble up all their dim sum, wanton noodles, macroni soup, egg tarts, etc

n to drown myself with their yuen yang, hot lemon coke n more!!!

i wana go to their cha chan tings, cha lous, restaurants, cafes!!!

n to take all forms of transportations there be it MTR, cabs, minibus, bus, star ferry n more!!

i wan!! i wan!!! hee hee...

surprised tat i nv mention disneyland rite?? lol.. bt i'll still go over there to take a look cos i wana take their disney MTR.. u knw, as in, their MTR in disney design??? omg.. i jus so wana take pics in the MTR.. heee heee.. their admission tix nt cheap wor.. so i reckon tat i shall proceed to enter Ocean Park instead cos i feel tat it will make more sense n my money more worth.. aftall, im nt tat kinda gals who r so kawaii n will go ga ga over mickey n minnie.. so to spend 70 bucks jus to c mickey is NOT WORTH IT.

Happy Wedding to Licia!!

it was licia's wedding dinner last nite @ Orchard Hotel.. she has become Mrs Goh from Miss Lim.. n hers was the first wedding of my fren which i attend.. in the past, i always tag along someone else to a wedding.. i guess its the first sign of pre-mature aging tat is tellin me tat ppl ard me r gettin married?? omg~~ soon i'll be in quarterlife crisis... argh~ i dun wan!!!! =(

the food served was alrite.. thou there were lotsa veggies n meat.. which i duno y.. the shark fins was sad to say, kinda bland.. even thou i added more than my usual dosage of pepper n vinegar.. dessert was great.. the mango pudding jus melts in my mouth!!! wooh!!~~~

i oso had many glasses of wine during the dinner.. n i jus so love wine!!

aft the dinner, i walk down to devils bar to meet prof n lily..its tat near lor.. so i join them for some drinking session!!

somehow, i dunno wad got into me ytd.. i attract the uncles at the next table!! lolzz.. there were tis 2 uncles tat were so into me.. n they were extremely helpful.. in the sense tat i wanted to go over to the bar to get some ice, they will offer to help me get it immediately.. n when i wanted to smoke, he will offer me his cig as well.. n he keeps offering me his cigs.. pengzZZ.. n in such a short period of time!! haiyo.. ma chiam wana smoke die me lidat lor..

the worse of all is they even ask me for number!! pengzz.. of cos i nv gif lah.. its like so crazy leh.. they r old enuff to be my dad liao.. still tink they my age meh.. jialat... i bet their children r even older than me lor!!! duh!!

anyway, i din stay for long as i head bac home to have my beauty sleep.. aft all, age is catchin up on me n i need to sleep more. i can no longer ton the nite thru anymore. its so omg rite!?!? haiz..
