next fri is our scheduled date of graduation.. hope i will be able to pass all my exams by then.. nt jus by 50% but 70%... sobzzz!!!!!! :'(

aft graduation ceremony will be a nite of partying!!! cant wait for tat time to come!! all of us have been so stress up with so many things.. imagine all the 1001 things we hafta learn.. nt jus the 4 exams but all the products as well as the procedures, documentation, system, etc etc n the list jus goes on n on..

im reali falling in love wif banking n finance.. Y din i take up tis course in poly? haizz~~ wasted 3 yrs in sp doin stupid info comm.. sucks man~~ but nvm lah.. how many ppl actuali do wad they studied? seldom~

its onli thru tis training then i realise the impt of insurance n investments.. insurance is to cover urself to get a piece of mind n cover u shld u ever *touchwood* kena any Critical Illness.. or maybe to jus cover ur hospital bills shld u ever *touchwood* get hospitalised for wadever reason.

with the inflation rate which keeps gg uphill, hw will 1 ever be able to pay for ur own medical bills wif jus ur Medisave alone? or to pay for ur child's future education? wif the average Singaporean earning $2k+, they cant even earn enuff to support themselves let alone pay for all this unforseen huge amts of money!?!?!?!?!?!?

i dunno the others but for me, its definitely a big NO-NO!!!!

i admit im quite a high maintaineance gal.. i fancy eating out at restaurants, pretty clothes n shoes, diamonds, LV, Gucci etc.. so how can an average income of $2k+ be able to allow me to live in tis kinda lifestyle???

so there's whr investments comes along.. to grow ur money.. cos its silly to leave all ur money in the Fixed Deposit let alone a normal savings acc wif an interest rate of jus 0.125%.. imagine $1000 lets u earn $1.25 onli... omg~~~

for me, i've alrdy made plans for my own.. of the things i wana do, the policies i need n so on.. 2 yrs is the limit i gif myself to get my every 1st car. i love cars... n im definitely gg to own 1!!! heezzZZ~~~ >_<>

As i look back..

i jus came bac fr rd show today..

its been such a long time since i ever worked on a sunday.. luckily its jus half day~~

dunno is my blog gt problem or my com.. cant upload pics.. damnzZ~ i was lookin thru 'my pictures' folder n saw some of the pics taken during the pageant.. time flies.. who wld have ever expected tat a gal like me was actuali once a finalist of MSW... lOlzz~~

whenever ppl ask me if i was in MSW b4, i deny.. cos i feel there's nth tp be proud of.. nevertheless, its a gd experience for me.. if possible, i will definitely join another pageant next yr.. so as to gain more experience for myself n sth for me to look bac on when i grow old..

we r young onli once.. n im gettin old too.. i alrdy turn 21 liao n as many of my frens say, once i turn 21, time will tick like a rocket n soon, i'll be 30.. damnzzZ.. hope by then, i'll be happily married wif a happy family..

there r stil alot of things which i haben do n acheive.. however, rite nw, i wish my training to last forever.. cos life has nv been betta w/o tis lovely bunch of colleagues ard.. who reali help n encourage one another.. have fun n do serious work together.. but gd things dun last.. cos im finishin training soon..

definitely hope tat despite all of us gg to diff branches aft training, we will stil be able to stick to our pact to try meet up once every mth to catch up wif each other's life n to share hw we can sell each product n hw's the mkt shares recently, etc etc...

in short, reali glad to be in training wif tis bunch of ppl.. will reali reali miss them when training ends.. hope by 9dec, i'll be able to pass all my exams n tats the day which we graduate n we alrdy plan to go party like mad!!! wahahha~~ sobzzZ~~ im starting to miss them liao..

aft weeks of yearning for my big day to come, it has finally come n gone...

My bday party was held at Europa Country Club.. its a poolside cum KTV party which cost me more than 1k.. =(

Xin Long came to fetch me n my sis there cos he finishes work early.. so upon reaching there, its photos taking time!!! =)

the first grp of guests who arrived are my training batch of TPBs which incl Yiwei, Darryl, Daniel, Roger, Puming, Terrence..

following next grp of ppl who came are my branch ppl.. so glad tat the whole lot of them came except Eddie as he's gt sth on so cant come..

then, my dearest 'sisters' came.. Benedict n Andrew.. heezZ~~ but my beloved 'sister benedict' is leaving for New York for long in Dec!!! sobz sobzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

aft tat came Derick n Andrew.. ( btw, i've gt 3 Andrews n 2 Benedicts as well as 2 bday cake tat nite!!) fyi, my party always sees ppl finding their long lost frens.. 1st was Puming when he saw my Sis's colleague den was Daryl who saw his pri sch fren, William which is Evelyn's bf.. so qiao rite? lOlzz~

the food tat nite was great!!! althou i din get to eat much but i ate abit here n there.. the noodles is very nice.. so were the chicken chop n pork chop.. but i onli ate 1 pc each.. =( nt forgetting the salad as well as the coleslaw.. very nice!!

nw n then, diff grps will go to the KTV rm to sing songs.. the rm has gt a bed n toilet as well!! cool eh..

as the nite goes by aft the cut cake session, ppl r still arriving.. as well as leaving.. later in the nite when every1 was jus sitting by the pool chatting n drinking.. i gt thrown down into the pool all of a sudden.. omg~~ cos lily n prof say.. hw can bday gal nt b thrown into the pool esp when its a poolside party???

aniw, the food n drinks r enuff.. jus nice.. nt too much n nt too little.. n i do like some of the presents i've rcv.. esp the one by Christopher.. cos he gt me the OSIM UZap!!! n perfume from the twins sisters, Evelyn & Kelly.. nt forgetting the Taka vouchers which my colleagues gave me.. etc etc..

however, i did nt rcv digi cam n phone.. wld reali hope to have a digi cam so i can take many many photos to capture tat moment of time in memory... =(

16 hrs into my 21st bday

okie.. the time nw is 4.33pm.. jus wana write a quick blog abt wad i did so far on tis special big day of mine..

morning i wrote a long blog n posted lotsa pics on my blog.. den i went to see doctor b4 heading to jurong point to meet my mum for lunch..

lunch was simple.. we went to Crystal Jade n had La Mian + Xiao Long Bao.. i had the one wif beef tender while my mum had the one wif wan tan..

i saw they haf tis beef wantons thingy on the menu so i order to try as well.. but it wasnt tat very nice.. prob cos i was so full by the La Mian i had..

Xiao Long Bao is still as good as b4!! =)

after lunch we head down to NTUC to get 50 eggs.. cos my mum gonna make red eggs for every1.. 1 egg for every1.. heezZZ~~

i gotta go prepare to go out liao.. my fren Xin Long coming to fetch me at 5pm!! omg~~ gotta go!

Yeah!!! Im finally 21 yrs old!!! so happy.. have been counting down to tis day for so long!!!

today i finish lesson early so we were able to leave at 3.30pm!! wooh wooh!!! den i went down town cos i wanted to do my hair.. cos its been so long since i got a hair cut n my hair is getting out of hand!! sobbiesszzZ~!!!

however, i couldn decide where to do my hair but nevertheless, i went bac to Reds at Taka again.. oh my~~ n i colored my hair as well due to the proud genes which i inherited from my parents - white hair!!! argh!!! omg~~

i went bac to my usual stylist to cut n i colored 2 tone.. the top part is lighter while bottom part is darker.. but my hair too layered nw.. looks very 'pong' on top..

actuali i took pics.. n its alot of pics.. but i dunno why my dear Acer com dun wana read my sis's memory card!!!! knnbcb... =(

aniw, aft the cut, i met up wif Corine for dinner @ balcony.. tat place which i mentioned earlier on in my previous entries?!?!? the damn freakg cool place!!! i took many pics der!!! but my fucked up com nw dun wana read my damnz memory card... wtf!!!!

i have soooooooooooooo many pics to post online but i cant!!! omg!!! someone pls help me !?!??!?! pls pls!! why lidat!?!?!?? i knw my com gonna die soon.. but i haben gt the time to format him yet!!! wth`~

aniw, im very touched tat joshua specially went to get a slice of cake for me to blow.. lOlzzzZ~~~ n the nice chef from Balcony who has actuali finished work n changed into his own clothes.. i was hungry cos the dinner i had earlier on wif corine is so damn small in portion n its definitely nt enuff for a big eater like me!!!

so, being the kind soul he is, upon hearing tat im v hungry n its my bday, he went bac to the kitchen to whip up some delicious snacks for me!!! omg~~ i feel so touched n reali appreciate his effort..

but, he's reali a gd chef.. cos the simple stuff he made in a short time is so damn freaking nice!!! its simple snacks yet so nice cos its so innovative!!!

imagine smoke salmon on french loaf... omg!!!~~~ n its french loaf which has been baked again n so crispy!! its crispy french loaf!!! oh my..

there were the scallops too... althou the rest of the french loaves r in diff flavours.. but its soo damn freaking nice!!! i can say tat Balcony serves splendid food!!! but pls dun be mistaken, im nt a ambassador from Balcony.. but i feel its reali nice n unique.. do go gif it a try but be early cos its packed when i went today.. n its a thursday!! lOlzzZ~~

btw, i forgot to mention tat i rcv my 1st bday present today!!! its a Guess Watch from Tim!! its the new series.. oh my.. i've been bioing tat ever since it launched n i own it nw!!! omg~~~ i love tat watch!!! Thanks Tim!! ;)

at least, tats the case for Koh Chieun Mun.. or betta known as Dolly in Under One Roof.. she gt breast cancer.. thanks to the self examination she did.. which allowed her to discover a lump.. n was diagnosed wif stage 1 breast cancer.. haizzZZ~~

life is reali unpredictable.. u nv knw wad is gonna happen to u next.. therefore, to buy urself a piece of mind.. tats the most impt thing..

its okie if u get cancer n die.. BUT, wad if u dun die??? tats the worse thing which can ever happen to a person..

n tat took us like more than 2 hrs to do it? cos so many modules n qns to complete... wth~~ but i've completed it n pass all!! :)

okok.. by now tink many ppl knw my big day is coming... so i went out for dinner wif my family at this chinese restaurant in jurong..

we had shark fins!! yummy yummy!!~~ i love shark fins!!! ;p ( tats y i reali enjoy gg to wedding dinners.. lOlzz)

den we had tis beancurd thingy.. oso very yummy.. have gt some mushrooms on top wif kailan below.. nice nice!!

hmm.. we oso had duck.. the meat is sooooo tender... wif mangos!! another yummy yummy!!

i ordered my fave brocoli too.. wif scallops.. nice nice!!

but the steam fish we had nt so nice.. sobz..~~ cos its steam den they put the kinda spicy sauce.. not nice.. =(

The Importance of Studying

ok, the key to pass ur exams is 2 words. "Must Study". U know y? cos i finalli put in my heart to study for my M5 today n i pass!! heezZ..

i was so nervous n din dare to press on 'Finish' cos i was very scared tat i will c 'Fail' again.. but when i saw 'Pass', i heave a big sigh on relieve.. n a big one indeed cos i finali cleared a paper..

for the past few papers, i din study at all.. at least tats the case of M9.. i went der wif an empty mind n doin onli based on wad i tink i knw.. but i onli managed to pass 50% but fail 70%.. hai~

aniw, i've started to boost up the previous lost moral when i failed the previous papers.. n im more toned down nw as in i dun go out as often as before.. in fact, last wkend i was home!! wohhoho!!! n im definitely gonna do the same for tis wk too!! heeZZ.. reali mus pia nw..

if u wana pass any exams.. reali die die oso mus study.. read thru textbooks, ur notes n try the mock paper.. it is very useful.. trust me.. cos it reali helps!! ;0)

time flies.. 2 rs have passed..

13 Nov 2003 is a date tat i will nv ever forget.. cos tat is the day i broke off wif ivan..

since then, i've been living wif regrets.. all the 'wat if's i nv broke up wif him' keep occurring in my mind.. but it all remains as history which can nv be brought back..

corine once quote in her msn 'I knew looking bac at the tears will make me laugh but I nv knew looking back at the laughters will make me cry.' i stop to tink. onli to realise how true it is..

its no doubt we haf numerous quarrels, arguments n disagreements.. but its oso no doubt tat we had plenty of laughters, smiles, joy, happiness, etc etc..

i was young n naive bac then.. i wasnt even 18.. there r alot of things which i dun understand n i dun appreciate the things he did for me.. all i tot was 'even my parents doesn control me.. they gif me all the freedom i wan n need.. so why is my bf controlling n restricting me in the things i wana do?'

im jus such a typical Saggitarius.. A freedom seeker who cant be restricted..

those were the tots i had n tats wad it killed me..

now tat 3 yrs haf passed, my thinking haf changed n its onli till now tat i've lost him den i realise tat i've lost a treasure..

i still miss him everyday n he's constantly on my mind.. n i'm always tinking wad is he doin at tis moment?

1st * - the story touched my heart

2nd * - certain parts of the show reali scared me

3rd * - it enlightened me abt life

4th * - Jennifer Carpenter and Laura Linney reali acted out their role well

so do go n catch tis show. its reali great.

i do believed in Christ n watching the show reminds me of the times when i used to go to church in the past. i rber hw i've seen ppl started crying n shouting when the pastor prayed for them. (there's a term for tis but i forgot wad isit liao..hee~)

i believed demons do exist jus tat we have nv encountered them. but certainly, I WOULDN'T wan to get in touch wif demons!!

be it ur nationality, ppl do get possessed. its nt jus the chinese but oso the westerners! hw does these things happen, im nt sure too.

in tis show, i shouted 3x cos it reali scared me at times. the 1st time i was taken aback when 1 guy's face suddenly turn demonic.. wah piang.. reali scared die me sia.. its no joke lor.. there were many others who gt a shock too.. aft a scream will come many laughters.. haha~

but hor, if its reali scary den ppl scream ok lah.. but den, some ppl scream at the slightest things.. pengzZ.. duno they reali gt a shock or they jus scream for fun.. lOlzZ~

aniw, Balcony is the name of the place. Its consists of 2 levels. the ground level serves food n the food is great!! the 1st dish we had was casear salad but their salad consists of pieces of thinly sliced red in color.. til nw, we stil wasn't sure wad it is.. but who cares wad isit as long as its nice rite?

next,

we had some french sandwiches which is Yummy Yummy!! we were served 4 pieces cos there were 4 of us.. Sammi, Corine, Richard n Me.. the pieces of bread were small wif small shredded dunno wad veggies + mangos + a piece of light purplish thingy which the staff say its call French dunno wad.. haha.. but it taste kinda like cheese to me.. n its damn freakg nice!! *salivates*

the drinks tat nite was freeflow whole nite consists of housepour n beer.. i had many many glasses of vodka fruitpunch / cranberry.. we were playin alot of silly games.. nt jus 5 10 but oso 007, 369, etc.. lOlz~

after tis 2 dishes, we head up the 2nd floor which is a very condusive environment to chill out.. in the midst of the upper deck, there's even a jacuzzi!!! so damn cool rite? any1 can go in but do bring extra clothing to change.. shower rooms r provided so dun worry..

best of all, this place opens 24 hrs rite in the heart of Orchard Road!! but to disappoint ur a little, the upper deck closes at 3am.. but jus chilling out at the ground level is cool enuff.. that place is filled/full/packed wif style.

1st, its the uniform of the staff.. they wear oversize shirt + bermudas + slippers.. damn stylo!!

2nd, its the chair tat rocks!! u dun jus sit on a normal chair wif 4 legs.. u can rock ur chair along as u talk!! dun worry, u wun fall!!

3rd, its the glass u drink from.. its nt the normal rock glass tat u c in most places.. their glasses slant!!

4th, its the swings by the side.. very much like the country side in the olden days..u can jus sit der wif ur frens, haf ur drinks..

all of these happens in the heart of Orchard Rd!! do go check out tis new place!! its officially open to public T O D A Y!!! yeah yeah.. im definitely bringing my frens there again n again!!

as tat place closes at 12am ytd.. i head down momo wif Sammi to join Si Jie.. Am glad TowKay Long came to fetch us down tog.. hee.. ;)

it was kinda boring at momo.. prob we jus went down on fri den sat go again like v sianz.. therefore i went down devils join Aaron, Kelvin they all..

by the time i went down, most of them were drunk liao.. haha.. one of their fren's bday.. n they had 3 btls of Martell, 2 btls of Hennessy + 8 barrels of beer.. total bill amountin to abt $1.4k..

i tink its totally crazy.. to spend so much money on drinks jus in 1 nite.. $1.4k is the price tag of the LV bag i like!! pengzZZ...

aniw, tink nowadays is change my clubbing pattern again.. i no longer club at jus 1 place alone.. i club hop from place to place!! hee.. cos i feel singapore clubbing scene is reali gg downhill.. hope the opening of M O S will help to boost up the clubbing scene..

at least make ppl dress up to club.. singaporeans r too down to earth thus bcoming sloppy in dressing.. so unlike other ppl in other countries whereby they reali dress up jus to club.. n they dun jus stick to spagetti straps + jeans.. sianzz

i heard its opening in December.. so lets jus wait for the opening of M O S..
